Classes will include a mix of aerobic, strength training, and speed elements within each session. Bootcamp Workouts will vary slightly each week. Get Fit Bootcamp – A boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training - bursts of low and high impact training activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.
